Not all of our bags are in stock, in these cases the ordered bag will be produced after the order is placed on our website. All our bags are being produced in 15-21 workdays and then shipped. About shipping time you can find more info here. If your order is urgent please contact us to check stock availability here

In case of unique products please contact us for choosing color and material. After that we will give you detailed information about how to place your order.

You can pay with paypal, and through paypal with credit and debit card.

Shipping
 

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays. After processed we will let you know the possible shipping time. If your order is urgent please write us before placing it to check the timing.

Strandard shipping is free of charge it takes 15-30 days after the product is ready to be shipped.

Express shipping cost may vary depending on the destinantion country, it takes 5-15 days after the product is ready to be shippied.

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Items will be shipped from Budapest, Hungary with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Refund and return policy
 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item you received you have 14 days to notify us and start a return. Return merchandise should be dispatched within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including original receipts and tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the items are returned within these timeframes, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

3, Send your items back.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and insurance cost are non-refundable, , and are at the expense of the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 40 euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund :

1, Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won't include your original shipping costs).

2, Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at szilasrita@szilasrita.com.
